  Harikrishna Bhatt is a politician from The Indian National Congress, State General Secretary of Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee, Ex. Spokeperson of Uttarakhand Pradesh Congress Committee and also He was Member of the First Elected House of Nagar Panchayat Karanprayag.   A son of the soil, he has been actively participative in the state’s welfare across all sectors.   A go-getter, he believes in solving problems instantly rather than wait for them to pile up. 

Harikrishna Bhatt was born in 26 Febuary 1972, in Karanprayag District Chamoli of Uttar Pradesh (now Uttarakhand). He is the eldest son of Late Radha Krishna Bhatt.
